License Requirements: Successful passage of the NCLEX exam 
 
Typical Duties: The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status.
