Educational Requirements: Graduate from an AMA approved program in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
License Requirements: CMNT (Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology) or ARRT (N) license, CPR certified.
Typical Duties: Technologists use multidisciplinary skills to perform a variety of procedures using sealed and unsealed radionuclides, and radiation detecting equipment in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
