Cycling Classes

Indoor cycling classes, also known as spin classes, are a great way for cyclists and non-cyclists alike to get a vigorous workout. Cycling promotes strength, endurance and is a favored form of cardiovascular workouts for weight loss.

Cycling Classes at Health Zone

Each class can be adjusted for your fitness level. For maximum comfort, cycling shorts are recommended. Cycling cleats (SPDs) can be worn, but are not necessary; regular athletic shoes can also be worn. We recommend drinking plenty of water in the hours leading up, during and after any fitness class.
