Ginny Salach has been part of the Laureate Senior Behavioral Health unit since 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Rhodes College in Memphis and a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She is also a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Ms. Salach has 30+ years experience working in the mental health field.
Erin Powell, LPC, ATR-BC
Erin Powell has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. She is also a licensed professional counselor (LPC), and a licensed/board certified art therapist (ATR-BC). Prior to joining the Laureate team in 2013, Ms. Powell directed an art therapy program in California for people dementia and coordinated support groups.
Tom Emmert works with older adults and their families dealing with mental illness, substance abuse and dementia associated issues. He is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Social Work Associate. Mr. Emmert joined the Laureate team in 1996.
Helen Bryce, Ph.D., OTR/L
Helen Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (OT) from the University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in OT Education and Administration from Texas Woman's University. A desire to help older adults age in place, as independently as possible led her to complete a Doctorate in Gerontology from the University of North Texas. Dr. Bryce has been with Laureate since 2014.
Sage Lawrence, Ph.D., LPC, LMFT
Sage Lawrence helps older adults dealing with dementia, mental health issues, grief and loss, terminal illness, and physical and developmental challenges. Dr. Lawrence holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding Graduate School of Religion and a Doctorate in Counseling and Supervision from Regent University. He is a member of Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International and American Association of Christian Counselors.
Abigail Matthews is frequently seen in the Laureate Senior Behavioral Health unit with a balloon and a smile as she interacts with patients. Ms. Matthews graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2006 and joined our team the same year.
Courtney Allen helps keep patients active with physical and mental exercises. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2006. Prior to joining the Laureate team in 2008, Ms. Allen worked in physical medicine as well as with children dealing with mental health issues.
Emily Gray graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2011. She completed two years of post-graduate training at Saint Francis Health System and then at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in Chicago, specializing in psychiatric pharmacy. Ms. Gray is the first psychiatric clinical pharmacy specialist at Laureate.

Jill Peters is a 1994 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She joined Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital in 1998, and later joined the Senior Behavioral Health unit in 2007.
