Katherine Godwin, M.D.
Medical Director and Attending Physician, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program
 

Dr. Katherine Godwin has served as medical director and attending physician of the adult eating disorders program since 2010. She joined the program as medical director of outpatient services in 2008. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been practicing at Laureate since 2005. Dr. Godwin received her medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed her residency in psychiatry (including a year serving as chief resident) at the University of California, San Diego. She oversees the care of the women staying at Magnolia House and their continuing care while in Tulsa, in addition to maintaining a general adult outpatient psychiatry practice. Dr. Godwin encourages her patients to participate actively in treatment decisions and work together in obtaining optimal symptom management.

 

Beth Persac, LMFT
Clinical Supervisor, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program

Beth Persac received her BGS from Louisiana State University, and her Master of Science in family relations and child development from Oklahoma State University. She has been a licensed marital and family therapist since 1991 and has been with the Laureate Eating Disorders Program since 1995.

 

  Sarah Malone, LPC
Therapist, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program 

Sarah Malone graduated with her Bachelor of Science in mental health from Northeastern State University, and she received her Master of Science from Oklahoma State University. Ms. Malone is a licensed professional counselor and has worked with the Laureate Eating Disorders Program since 2000 when she began work as a psychiatric technician with adolescents.

 

  Marya Qualls, LPC
Therapist, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program 

Marya Qualls holds a Master of Science from Northeastern State University and is credentialed as a licensed professional counselor. She joined the Laureate Eating Disorders Program in 1995.

  Jennifer Herron, LPC
Therapist, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program 

Jennifer Herron has been affiliated with the Laureate Eating Disorders Program since beginning her career as a psychiatric technician in 2003. After earning her master's degree, Ms. Herron worked as an interviewer for the Laureate Research Center before returning to the eating disorders adult program as a licensed professional counselor.

  Lisa Brown, LMFT
Therapist, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program 

Lisa Brown holds a Master of Arts with an emphasis in dance/movement therapy and is a licensed marital and family therapist. Over the course of her career she has studied a wide variety of movement, bodywork and psychotherapy approaches.

  Amanda Ashcraft, MS
Case Manager II, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program

Amanda Ashcraft earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nutritional sciences from the University of Oklahoma and her Masters of Science in community counseling from Oklahoma State University. Ms. Ashcraft initially worked with the Laureate Eating Disorders Program in 2009 as a counseling intern and joined the team as a clinician in 2011.

Nutrition Therapy Manager, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program

Leah Graves, RD, LD, FAED, is the supervisor of nutrition therapy for the Laureate Eating Disorders Program. Ms. Graves received her Bachelor of Science in clinical dietetics, with highest distinction, from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1985.

Claire Grady, RD, LD
Dietitian, Laureate Eating Disorders Program, adult program

Claire Grady joined the Laureate Eating Disorders Program in 2011. She earned both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in nutritional sciences and dietetics from Oklahoma State University.
