Culinary Supervisor, Laureate Eating Disorders Program
Jeffrey "Buck" Townes joined the Laureate Eating Disorders Program as culinary supervisor in 2011. He brings an upscale culinary approach to foodservice on the Laureate campus with a focus on quality patient care. Before joining the Laureate team, Mr. Townes worked for over 30 years as an executive chef in private and city country clubs, as well as a corporate chef in the region. He holds a degree in culinary arts from Tulsa Community College.
