Kohl's Cares® Hospital Partner Program

Kohl's supports The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis through the Kohl's Cares® hospital partner program. Kohl's Fun and Fit Kids is a childhood obesity prevention and awareness effort developed by The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis and is supported by Kohl's Cares® .

On October 12, 2013 Kohl’s Department Stores presented a $61,156 donation to The Children’s Hospital Foundation during Health Zone’s Family Fitness Festival. Over the past three years, the money from the Kohl’s Cares program has been used to support the growth and success of the Kohl’s Fun and Fit Kids childhood obesity prevention and community outreach campaign developed by Saint Francis.

As part of this campaign, Kohl’s Fun and Fit Kids provides an educational and interactive assembly to 12 Tulsa-area schools each year. The Kohl’s Fun and Fit Kids campaign will also partner with the Tulsa 66ers and to host a kids’ day game on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013. New this year to the program is the Kohl’s Fun and Fit Kids healthy recipe contest, which is open to all Oklahoma third- through fifth-graders.
