In addition to providing cancer treatment, the Warren Clinic Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Francis also provides comprehensive care for hemophilia and all blood disorders.
Specific Blood Disorders Treated at the Clinic:
• Sickle cell disease
• Thalassemia
• Hereditary spherocytosis
• Aplastic and other anemias
Coagulation Disorders Treated at the Clinic:
• Hemophilia and von Willebrand
• Blood clot/stroke/deep vein thrombosis
• Immune-medicated thrombocytopenia
The clinic’s physicians will coordinate care with other facilities across the country if needed and provide follow-up care close to home.
