First opening its doors in 2007, Saint Francis Hospital South is one of the newer additions to the Saint Francis Health System entities. With the tremendous growth of Tulsa County and western Wagoner county, the need for a Saint Francis facility closer to the patients in these communities became great. In fact, recent statistics show south Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby and Jenks are among the fastest growing communities in Oklahoma.
Saint Francis Hospital South is a 96-bed, not-for-profit community hospital with more than 300 physicians with staff privileges and 300 employees. And, as a proud member of the Saint Francis Health System, Saint Francis Hospital South is part of a comprehensive network of care.
The vision of Saint Francis Health System, whose entities include Saint Francis Hospital, The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis, Warren Clinic, the Heart Hospital at Saint Francis, Saint Francis Hospital South and Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, is to establish, lead and anchor a regional integrated delivery network providing services that will improve the health of all area residents.
