Auburn Weber
Director of Physician Recruitment
Auburn has dedicated her career to recruiting and retaining physicians and providers in a variety of healthcare settings, ranging from rural hospitals and clinics to urban medical centers. She is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, QC. She enjoys traveling, hiking and general adventuring with her husband and 4 children.
Brittany Bullington
Provider Recruitment Coordinator
Brittany is a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma and has been a dedicated member of Saint Francis Health System since her graduation in 2020. A native Texan and honorary Oklahoman, she takes pride in serving the Saint Francis community and contributing to its excellence.
Alicia Thompson
Provider Services Manager
Alicia coordinates all provider onboarding and ensures they have a smooth transition to practice. In addition, she also has oversight of payer enrollment and locum tenet requests. She graduated with her master’s in health care administration in 2017, earning the outstanding graduate student award. Originally from Muskogee, OK, she now lives in Broken Arrow, OK with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play baseball, and watching OU football.
Abby Graham
Physician Recruiter
Abby grew up in Tulsa and has eight years of management experience in healthcare, two of which have been with Saint Francis. She has an undergraduate degree from University of Central Oklahoma. Abby received her master's degree in healthcare administration from Oklahoma State University.
