The Saint Francis Regional Patient Transfer Center is here to help connect and facilitate getting your patient to emergency or acute care and transfer through one phone call.

By making one call to 918-502-1000 (or toll-free at 888-723-5215), or with an order submitted through EpicConnect, our team will evaluate and facilitate the transfer/bed request whether it be to a Saint Francis hospital site or another hospital in Tulsa or the surrounding area.

The Regional Patient Transfer Center can:

• Facilitate the transfer of adult, pediatric and neonatal patients
• Provide a single point of contact to coordinate transfer options
• Provide physician or APRN assessment as needed
• Connect with more than one health system as needed for bed availability
• Save your team multiple calls to regional facilities to find a bed for the patient

Note: The transfer center does not handle mental health transfers. For mental health transfers, please contact the Laureate Clinical Assessment Department at 918-491-4000 or toll-free at 833-757-0739. These phone numbers handle transfer requests to our following behavioral health service locations:
