About Saint Francis Trauma Institute Clinic
The Saint Francis Trauma Institute Outpatient Clinic provides follow-up care for patients after discharge from Saint Francis Hospital or the Trauma Emergency Center. The clinic also offers preoperative consultations for current and recently discharged patients.
Our multidisciplinary team specializes in trauma surgery, acute care surgery, general surgery, head and neck reconstructive surgery and traumatic or surgical wound care.
Appointments are required, and referrals are necessary for new patients.
The clinic is staffed five days a week for scheduling, questions and general assistance.
Clinic Directions
The clinic is located within Saint Francis Hospital in the Trauma Tower on Level B. Use the main hospital parking or valet. Enter through the main entrance, check in at the main desk and they will direct you to the clinic.

Financial Assistance
Should substantial medical services be required and the patient is unable to pay the full amount, a payment plan will be arranged. For those who do not have the funds to pay, financial assistance may be available. Please review and complete the following application for consideration.
