Who is Direct Primary Care for?

Direct Primary Care is available to employees enrolled in the MCO or HDHP plans and their dependents (ages 14 and older). Dependents under the age of 14 who are part of these plans will need to see a Warren Clinic pediatrician or family medicine physician.

What if I live in Vinita or another area outside of Tulsa?

Direct Primary Care is expanding outside of the Tulsa area. Muskogee is the first community to welcome a DPC clinic at Warren Clinic Hatbox. Patients across Saint Francis can see a DPC provider virtually for some visits. Certain appointments may require you to come to a clinic.

Will I owe a copay for primary care visits with a DPC plan?

No, primary care visits with your DPC provider are $0.

Are routine labs and X-rays really no cost with Direct Primary Care?

Yes, when ordered by your DPC provider and completed in the Saint Francis network, there is no cost for routine labs (see lab locations) and X-rays.

I have a dependent who is under 14 years of age. Can they use DPC?

No, dependent children under 14 years of age cannot be treated through the Direct Primary Care program. Instead, your insurance plan will provide coverage for them to see a Warren Clinic pediatrician or family medicine physician.

How do I sign up for DPC?

There are 3 easy steps to signing up for Direct Primary Care during Open Enrollment:

Select either the MCO or the HDHP plan
Select Direct Primary Care to be your primary care provider using the ID number 168883, or call CommunityCare, 918-594-5201 at anytime to change your PCP to Direct Primary Care.
Call 918-884-2884 to schedule your first appointment with a DPC provider.
