Yes, you must choose the MCO plan during open enrollment. Then you can choose a Warren Clinic Direct Primary Care provider.

Do I have to choose a Warren Clinic Direct Primary Care provider?

Yes, you must choose a DPC provider.

Do I have to use a Warren Clinic DPC provider if I live in Vinita, Muskogee or another area?

While we don't currently offer services locally, those who live outside the Tulsa area can see a DPC provider virtually for some visits if preferred but may need to come to Tulsa for certain appointments.

Will I owe a copay for primary care visits with the Warren Clinic DPC plan?
No, primary care visits with your DPC provider are $0.

Are routine labs and X-rays really no cost with Warren Clinic DPC?
Yes, when ordered by your DPC provider and completed in the Saint Francis network, there is no cost for routine labs and X-rays.

I have a dependent who is under 14 years of age, can they use DPC?
No, they will need to see another primary care physician or pediatrician within the within the Saint Francis Health System.
