COVID-19 Vaccinations
Saint Francis Health System is proud to offer COVID vaccinations at Warren Clinic Springer. Patients requesting a COVID vaccination must have their primary care provider put in an order prior to receiving the COVID vaccine. COVID vaccines are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

- At this time, we are offering the Pfizer vaccine.
- According to the CDC, the new version of the COVID-19 vaccine is approved for those aged 6 months and older. The type of vaccine dose varies by age.*
