Health Zone member services are now available online and via mobile app (Android | Apple). This service is available to members only.

You will follow the same process when requesting access through our online portal or the app.
To download the app:
- Click either link above based on your phone type
- You will need a unique email on your account. If you and your spouse have the same email listed, this will need to be updated first. Go by the member services desk or call to update.
- The first time you open the app you will see Create an Account. Click here to get started
- Once you enter your information an access code will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.
- Once you enter your code, you will follow the on-screen prompts to verify your information and set up your password.

Current Health Zone online services include:
- Your general membership account information
- My schedule/My events: see all classes you're signed up for
- Pay my bill: on the main page of the member portal and under your profile in the app
- Check-in history: this can be accessed under your profile in the app
- Register for programs, group activities and classes
- Buy packages in either the portal under "view my info" or the mobile app under your profile.
