How Does My Office Register?
To access your patient's Saint Francis records via EpicCare Link, some up-front setup is required.
Step 1: Register the practice and a Site Administrator
Site Administrators are users responsible for coordinating and managing their employee’s access to EpicCare Link. Once activated in EpicCare Link, the Site Administrator can access our online registration portal to request access for additional users for their practice, including a second or third Site Administrator.
To register your practice and a Site Administrator, please complete an online request.
Step 2: An EpicCare Link representative will contact you to start processing your request and gather any additional information needed.
Step 3: Within 10-15 business days of submitting a completed request, the Site Administrator will receive a secure email with their account information.
Existing Sites
Active EpicCare Link Site Administrators can submit requests for users and/or authorizing providers inside of EpicCare Link. After logging into EpicCare Link, Site Administrators can find directions for these requests in the Quick Links section of the homepage. The tip sheet is titled Tip Sheet - NEW User and Provider Requests.
