With 16 Warren Clinic Urgent Care locations across the Tulsa area, chances are there's one nearby — and a tool called On My Way helps you find the one with the shortest wait before you ever leave the driveway
What Is On My Way?
On My Way is a feature inside MyChart that shows real-time estimated wait times for nearby Warren Clinic Urgent Care locations and Saint Francis Emergency Departments.
Instead of guessing which location is closest or least crowded, you can compare options, choose what works best for you and save your spot in line — all from your phone.
For emergencies, On My Way can also provide directions to the nearest Emergency Department and help speed up the registration process once you arrive.
How It Works
Here's a simple example: you get a call from your child's school. They're sick and need to be picked up. On the way home, you want to get them seen by a doctor or physician’s assistant. Here's what to do:
- Go to saintfrancis.com and click Get Care Now
- Click Find an Urgent Care Near You
- Browse the list of locations and estimated wait times
- Select the location that works best — closest to you, or shortest wait
- Indicate your estimated arrival time (35 minutes or less, 45 minutes, or 1 hour)
- Log in with your MyChart account, or simply enter the patient's information
That's it — your spot is saved.
You can opt in to receive updates on your wait time and place in line. You'll also get an eCheck-in link to make the process smoother once you arrive.
If you have an up-to-dates MyChart account, the system will automatically match your visit to your or your child’s existing medical records.
