Saint Francis Hospital (Tulsa)
Main Entrance (Yale Avenue)
- Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Visitors must check in at the front desk and receive a wristband showing the patient's room number
Trauma Emergency Center
- Open 24/7
- Limited to two visitors per patient
- No children allowed
- Visitors must check in and receive a wristband
Pediatric Emergency Center
- Open 24/7
- Limited to two adult visitors per patient
- Siblings may visit when accompanied by a supervising adult
- Visitors must check in and receive a wristband
Heart Hospital Entrance
- Open daily from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Visitors must check in and receive a wristband
North Entrance
- Open daily from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Visitors must check in and receive a wristband
Labor & Delivery
- Open 24/7
- Up to three adult visitors allowed
- Sibling visitation is limited to special circumstances
- Siblings may wait in designated waiting areas with direct adult supervision
- All visitors, including parents, must scan a valid, non-expired photo ID through the Lobby Guard system
Mother Baby Unit and Women's Services
- Open 24/7
- All visitors, including parents, must scan a valid, non-expired photo ID through the Lobby Guard system
- Siblings under age 18 may visit when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or caregiver

Visitor Health Requirements
Please do not visit if you are currently ill or have been sick within the past 24 hours.
Do not visit if you have experienced:
- Fever of 100.4°F (38°C) or higher
- Cold or flu symptoms
- Productive cough
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Eye drainage
- New rash or skin lesions
- Recent exposure to an infectious disease
Identification Requirements
Entry to the Children's Hospital requires identity verification.
Parents and Caregivers
- Must scan a valid, non-expired driver's license or state-issued ID
- Receive a security bracelet or NICU seasonal badge upon admission
- Security bracelet or badge must be scanned each time you re-enter the hospital
Visitors
- Receive a photo visitor badge
- Visitor badges must be worn at all times while in the Children's Hospital
Children and Teens
- Children without a state-issued ID receive a temporary badge showing their destination
- Unaccompanied visitors ages 16 to 18 must present a state-issued ID
General Pediatric Units
Visiting Hours
Visitors other than primary caregivers may visit from: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Additional guidelines:
- Children may visit during visiting hours but may not stay overnight
- Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Visitor lists are determined by the patient and family
- The number of visitors in a room may be limited based on patient needs and staff access
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Visitation follows General Pediatric Unit guidelines with one additional requirement:
- Children must be at least 12 years old to visit patient rooms
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Visitation is limited to NICU parents and designated visitors
- Designated visitors must be at least 18 years old
- Additional visitors may visit when a parent is present
Sibling Visitation
Sibling visits are available: Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Guidelines include:
- Ages 2 to 7: One visit per day, up to one hour
- Ages 8 and older: May visit during approved visiting hours
- Siblings may not stay overnight
- Parents are responsible for supervising siblings
- Current immunization records are required before visiting
- A sibling visitation health screening form must be completed each day
- No more than four visitors may be at a baby's bedside at one time
- Visitors may be asked to leave during procedures or based on patient needs
Additional Children's Hospital Areas
Pediatric Surgery Admit/Discharge (PSAD)
- Children are permitted in the surgery admission area with adult supervision
- Visitors under 18 are not permitted in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
MRI and CT
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
St. Jude Affiliate Clinic
- Sibling visitation is permitted only in exam rooms
Children's Day Hospital (CDH)
- Children under age 18 are allowed
- Maximum of two adults per exam room
Group Visits
- All visitors must sign in and receive visitor badges
- Groups must be accompanied by an approved ambassador escort at all times
Approved Guest Visits
- Prior approval is required
- Security must receive visitor names, date, and time before arrival
- Guests must scan an ID and wear a visitor badge displaying their approved destination
Visitors who do not follow hospital policies may be asked to leave. Visitation restrictions may be adjusted seasonally or in response to community health concerns.
Saint Francis Muskogee
- Open 24/7
- Children may visit when accompanied by a supervising adult
- Children are not permitted in the Emergency Room

Open Monday through Friday: 6:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saint Francis Hospital South
- Open 24/7
- Children may visit with adult supervision
- Children are not permitted in the Emergency Center
- All visitors must check in at the Emergency Center front desk
- Returning visitors may use the OBS entrance located north of the ambulance entrance
Saint Francis Hospital Vinita
- Open 24/7
- No visitor restrictions in medical and surgical areas
- Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult
- Emergency Room patients are limited to two visitors
- Renaissance Unit visitation is by appointment only
Laureate
Inpatient Psychiatric Units
- No scheduled visitation outside of family therapy sessions
- Virtual visitation via Zoom is available
Eating Disorders Program
- Visitation follows program-specific schedules
