Visitor Hours & Guidelines

We welcome visitors and believe that your loved one will benefit from your love and presence while they are hospitalized.

The following visitation hours and policies are currently in effect:

Saint Francis Hospital

Main entrance on Yale – Open 24/7. Visitors must check in at the front desk and receive a wristband to identify the entrance and room number for the patient.

Trauma Emergency Center – Open 24/7. Two visitors allowed. No children allowed. Visitors must check in with the representative at the entrance and receive a wristband.

Pediatric Emergency Center – Open 24/7. Two adult visitors allowed. Siblings may visit with supervising adult. Visitors must check in with the representative at the entrance and receive a wristband.

Heart Hospital  Open from 4 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors must check in at the entrance and receive a wristband. 

North Entrance – Open from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors must check in receive a wristband.

Labor & Delivery – Open 24/7. Three adult visitors allowed. Sibling visitation is limited to special circumstances.  Siblings may wait in the waiting room with direct adult supervision. All visitors, including parents, are required to scan their non-expired identification card through the Lobby Guard system (a personal driver’s license or state issued ID will work). 

Mother Baby Unit and Women’s Services – Open 24/7. All visitors, including parents, are required to scan their non-expired identification card through the Lobby Guard system (a personal driver’s license or state issued ID will work). Siblings under the age of 18 may visit and must be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian/caregiver.

Saint Francis Children’s Hospital

All visitors, including parents, are required to scan their non-expired identification card through the Lobby Guard system (a personal driver’s license or state issued ID will work). 

All visitors, except patient’s siblings, must be 18 years of age or older.

General Pediatric Units - Siblings under the age of 18 may visit and must be under the direct  supervision of a parent/guardian/caregiver.

Intensive Care Units - Sibling visitation is limited to special circumstances.  Siblings may wait in the waiting room with direct adult supervision. 

NICU - Visitation is limited to NICU parents and designated visitors.

PICU - Hours of visitation for anyone other than a primary caregiver is 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Pediatric Surgery Admit / Discharge (PSAD) – Siblings under the age of 18 are allowed in the surgery admission area with direct adult supervision. Siblings are not allowed in the post anesthesia care unit (PACU).

St. Jude Affiliate Clinic - Sibling visitation is allowed only in the exam room. 

Children’s Day Hospital (CDH) – Siblings and visitors under age 18 are allowed.

Saint Francis Muskogee

Open 24/7. Children are allowed to visit with a supervising adult. No visiting children are allowed in the emergency room. Visitors must check in at the main entrance Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and receive a wristband to identify entrance and room number for the patient. After-hours and on weekends, patients and visitors can enter through the ER entrance and check in with the admissions staff. On Saturdays and Sundays, the main entrance is open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. 

Saint Francis Muskogee Cancer Center – Open Monday through Friday from 6:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 

Saint Francis Hospital South

Open 24/7. Children are allowed to visit with a supervising adult. No visiting children allowed in the ER. All visitors must check-in at the Emergency Center front desk. For subsequent visits, visitors may use the OBS entrance located north of the ambulance entrance.

Saint Francis Hospital Vinita

Open 24/7. There are no restrictions for visitors in the medical and surgical areas. Children must be with a supervising adult. Emergency room patients are limited to two visitors. Renaissance unit visits are by appointment only.

Laureate

Laureate Inpatient Psychiatric Units: No scheduled visitation outside of family therapy sessions. Zoom visitation is available.

Laureate Eating Disorders Program: Visitation per program scheduling. 

Saint Francis Cancer Center

7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. No children allowed.
